Was gonna go to Fright Night at Playland, but we worried about the rain, and I saw the lineups at work, so decided to go eat instead =D Oh so typical of me eh? We were planning on going to Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot, since it just opened, but it was SO FULL, we didn't want to wait for an hour for a spot xD

First things first, the lady who seated us, was very friendly and nice, but the rest of the waitresses? CRAP. Seriously, they were so rude! I can't believe it. If I don't have to, I won't be back. Unless they get better customer service. Thinking about it makes me angry again ==; And I usually let things slide, but when MOST of them are like that... I think, "Seriously?"
Anyways, didn't want that to ruin our night, so we just laughed it off. When we got there, we ordered the Mixed (Yin-yang) Pot ($9.50)-- it's like you pay $1.00 for a separation plate =P Got the Spicy Szhechuan and Chicken Broth.
We ordered a lot of stuff, and I only had time to snap a few pics. Stuff was fresh, but orders didn't follow what we ordered. *sad* I guess no place really does. The meat was too thick to just swirl around with your chopsticks, so we ended up dumping them in all at once, which RUINS THE PURPOSE OF HOTPOT, only IMO of course =)
The balls were good, fresh made and not too flour-y. I liked the shrimp and squid balls the best =)
Seafood platter, we wanted OYSTERS!!! It's not limited, so we ordered quite a few, and they were fresh and big. Not cleaned well though, so it was rather slimey... probably right out of the container. ><" Shrimp were fresh too, but I don't like shells at hot pot, food is so hot, then I get my hands dirty ^^" And look at how much squid there is! We only ordered ONE T-T
They are known for their sauces though, and I like it too, however, nothing too special about it. I can make it at home, just too lazy to buy so many kinds. Mainly they have Satay, Seasame, Bean sauce, and Soy sauce, plus onions, parsley, red peppers, and garlic. However, even with the discount, it was $30 per person!! Crazy. Won't be back.... willingly anyways ==; Did I mention they gave us a tiny table for 7?? Others only had about 4 or less people in these spots. We crammed 7 in there. BEAUTIFUL.
