A Few Thoughts: 沒有走不下去的愛，只有不爭氣的戀人 There isn't a love we can't let go of, just disappointing lovers

Haven't been active recently, been rather busy, going to HK in less than half a month!! :DD Hope everyone's doing well :)

1。】一個男人條件再好，他沒有時間陪你，也是多餘的。
No matter how good a man's condition, if he has no time for you, is unneccessary.

愛情是不可以望梅止渴的，抱著回憶就能度過每一天麼？一個男人願意給女人多少時間，就是他有多愛他。你愛我的話，是可以擠出一點時間的。擠不出時間，是你已經做了抉擇。既然沒有時間，我釋放你吧。同時，也是釋放我自己。
Quenching your thirst by staring at the sea is not what love is, can you live every day just holding onto memories? The amount of time a man is willing to give to a woman, shows how much he loves her. If you love me, then you can find some time for me. If you can't, you've already made a decision. Since there is no time, I choose to set you free. At the same time, I am also setting myself free.

很佩服這類女孩子：當她發現對方不是真心喜歡她，她可以立刻撇脫地分手。其他女人，可能會繼續自己騙自己，一個人苦撐。真正有智慧的女孩子明白愛情是甚麼一回事：愛情，要兩情相悅。你愛他，他不愛你，這段關係就沒意思。肯放手，就是愛自己。耐心一點，等待那個真正兩情相悅的人吧。
I really admire those girls, when she discovers that her significant other doesn't truly love her anymore, who can immediately and swiftly break up. Other women, might continue to lie to themselves, and keep struggling alone. Women with real wisdom will understand what love is: love, requires equivalent feelings from both ends. If you love him, but he doesn't love you, then this relationship is meaningless. Choosing to let go, is to love yourself more. Be patient, and someday you will find the person who loves you equivalent to your love for him.

2。】如果開始下一段感情，我不會再問，喜歡我什麼？也不會問，是認真對待嗎？我會問：三個月後還會爭分奪秒的關心嗎？半年後一句不開心仍舊會陪伴左右嗎？一年後睡不著是還會百度故事在耳邊輕喏嗎？兩年後看見落淚還像第一次那般束手無策嗎？三年四年或者更久，敢不敢一如既往沒有理由的對我疼愛？
When I start my next relationship, I won't ask, "What do you like about me" again. Neither will I ask, "Are you serious about me?" I would ask instead, "After three months, will you still drop everything in a split second worrying about me? Don't constantly talk about your sadness, everyone has their own story. Don't argue when you break up, it doesn't matter how long you've been together. 5。】好男人經得起誘惑，好女人耐得住寂寞。愛可以簡簡單單。但不能隨隨便便。沒有不能在一起的兩個人，只有靠不攏的兩顆心。女人，不要輕易去妥協。
A good man can resist temptation, a good woman can stand loneliness. Love can be simple, but it shouldn't be casual. There aren't two people who can't be together, just two hearts that aren't together. Women, shouldn't compromise so easily.

6。】幸福是什麼？幸福就是牽著一雙想牽的手，一起走過繁華喧囂，一起守候寂寞孤獨；就是陪著一個想陪的人，高興時一起笑，傷悲時一起哭；就是擁有一顆想擁有的心，重複無聊的日子不乏味，做著相同的事情不枯燥……只要我們心中有愛，我們就會幸福，幸福就在當初的承諾中，就在今後的夢想裡。也許幸福就是，陪你走一條叫一輩子的路，跨一座叫奈何的橋，喝一種叫孟婆的湯。也許會累，會疲憊，卻從沒想過放棄；也許沿途風景迷人充滿誘惑，卻彼此保留住最初的感覺；也許會起爭執，會有分歧，卻依然會聽從和默認；也許不能沒分每秒在一起，卻在心裡始終留著位置。
What is happiness? Happiness is holding the pair of hands you want to hold, walking together amongst the hustle and bustle, being together amidst the loneliness; To be with someone you want to be with, share your happy moments, share your unhappy moments; To possess the heart that you wish to possess, continually repeating those meaningless days, doing the same things without getting frustrated... As long as there is love in our hearts, we will be happy, happiness is within those initial promises, within our future dreams. Perhaps happiness is, walking by your side on a road named life, cross a bridge called regret, drink a soup called forget. Perhaps one will become tired, get exhausted, but still never think of giving up; perhaps the road ahead is full of temptation, but you still continue to hold on to those initial feelings; perhaps arguments will arise, and there will be different opinions, but will continue to listen and tolerate; perhaps separation is inevitable, but that special position in my heart will still hold you.

7。】總有人問我什麼是愛情，我覺得愛情就是二十歲的時候，我帶你跟朋友出去玩，你讓我少喝點，我讓你扶著我。四十歲的時候我去上班你讓我把襯衫領子翻出來，我走之前還親你一口。六十歲的時候退休在家，我們盤腿在床上說話解悶，說說下週去哪兒懷舊！
There are always people who ask me what love is, I feel that love at 20, I'll bring you out to play with friends, you help me drink less, and I lean on you. At 40, when I got to work, you help me prepare my clothes, and before I leave for work, I give you a good bye kiss. There is no need to reminisce our yesterdays, nor is there a need to ponder about tomorrow, we just need to live each day to its fullest: say what you want to say, do what you can do, walk the roads you should walk, and see the people you want to see.

A few thoughts: 女孩問，男孩答 (Girl asks, boy answers)

午後，慵懶的陽光灑落地面，
縱長路上，男孩騎車載著女孩…..
[你會愛我多久？]
女孩緊抱著男孩，側著頭在他耳邊這樣甜甜的問，
她知道，這個問題沒有100分的答案。

On a sunny afternoon, a boy and a girl were riding on a bike...

"How long will you love me for?"

The girl hugged the boy tightly, as she sweetly whispered it into his ear, knowing that, there is no perfect answer.

帶著嬌嗔的輕笑，
她說：「給你一個說甜言蜜語的機會。」
男孩卻認真的思考了起來。
Softly laughing in her cute way,
she said, "Giving you a chance to say sweet things to me."
The boy actually got serious and started to think deeply.

趁著紅燈停止的機會，他舉起手比了個“一”
要女孩猜猜他的答案是什麼。
Given the chance of it being a red light, the boy raised one finger indicating "one" 
wanting the girl to guess what his answer meant.

女孩想了一想，快樂的說：「一輩子！」
男孩笑了，並不是因為她答對，而是感染了她的喜悅。
The girl thought for a moment, and happily replied, "One lifetime!"
The boy laughed, not because she answered correctly, but because he was infected by her happiness.

綠燈了，男孩不僅趨車面對現實，也收斂起笑容，
輕輕的告訴女孩：
「我不會給這種答案的，這樣的答案好到不真實了，像在說謊..再猜猜..」
女孩對男孩的說法很滿意，於是歪者頭繼續想..
「一天？」
「呵呵，我們已經相戀兩個月了，
一天、一星期、一個月這些都不成立喔！」
The light turned green, the boy continued to drive but knew he had to face reality too, so his smile retracted, and gently told the girl,
"I won't give you that kind of answer, it's not practical, like I'm lying... guess again.."
The girl was very satisfied with the boy's response, so she continued to think...
"One day?"
"Haha, we already been dating for two months,

又是紅燈，男孩握住女孩的手，微笑的看著她，
女孩竊笑，大聲的說「不會是一瞬間吧？」

這個答案讓他更緊握住女孩的手...
The light turned red again, the boy took the girl's hand in his own, smiled and looked at her,
the girl snickered, and loudly said, "It wouldn't be for one moment, would it?"
This answer made the boy almost fall off his bike from laughing, "Of course not!"
He always deeply loved her sense of humour, deeply loved her hearty smile,
this answer made him grip her hand even tighter...

「一年嗎？」曾經有過一年時間等待的承諾，
使得女孩對一年這個答案特別敏感。

"One year then?" Having once had a promise to wait one year,

男孩搖搖頭，
他們之間已經不需要等待，隻剩時間的考驗…….

The girl laughed, her laughter was like a softly chiming bell and made the boy run through a red light...

「想要聽答案了嗎？」男孩想說了，

"Do you want to hear the answer?" the boy wanted to tell her,

男孩手比著一說：
「一…….一直到你不再愛我的那一天…….」
女孩怔了……

Understanding, knowing when to be flirty , and when she should pamper you like a child. Tense when you're looking at the women surrounding you, she will get jealous, if these women are outstanding, she will be even more jealous, but she won't be unreasonable, questioning you like a criminal. A Few Thoughts: 父母和情人的分別-- The difference between parents and lovers

This is something I found in a parenting magazine, don't agree entirely with it because it seems a bit biased, but good to think about, and I guess, from different perspectives it could be right :) I tried to do a rough translation (it's worded way better in Chinese) Hope you enjoy reading it :)

A lover, when they suddenly can't find you, become very wary.

4. 父母，當聽見其他父母說很喜歡你時，會覺得很欣慰和自豪。
Parents, when they hear other parents saying the like you, will feel very comforted and proud.

父母和情人，同樣是我們生命中重要的人，他們的一言一行，部可能影響我們生命中的方向，喜怒哀樂的轉移，不過，愛情通常出現得較為澎湃，引致很多人重視情人多於父母。甚至在愛情遭遇波折時，毫不理會父母的感受，就自顧自地去做傻事了，只留下可憐的父母，在悲痛地承受這結果。Parents and lovers, both are very important people in our lives, their every move and word, may change our life's direction, no matter happiness, anger, sadness, excitement-- however, love usually happens rather like a wave, making many people consider love between lovers more important than the love for their parents. Perhaps during times of turmoil in a relationship, without caring about our parents' feelings, will do stupid acts, leaving our poor parents, to painfully suffer our consequences.
